As we scale our operations, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing team.

Your Role

As a Business Development Manager at Advaisly, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and collaborating across teams to bring our AI solutions to market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships in line with company goals.

• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our customer base and market presence.

• Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to tailor solutions to client needs.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in tech or healthcare, finance, retail, marketing sectors.

• Understanding of AI technologies and their applications is a plus. 

• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills and extended business contacts network

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
